1. AI Data Use & Privacy Guarantee

Your privacy is our priority.

• No AI Training: The data, documents, and inputs you provide are never used to train public AI models (like OpenAI, Anthropic, or others).
• In-Memory Processing: Uploaded PDFs and text data are processed strictly in-memory to generate your reports. We do not store your original uploaded files on our servers. Once the report is generated, the temporary data is automatically discarded.

2. Data Fiduciary & Sub-processors

Under the DPDP Act 2023, ReportMaker.ai acts as the Data Fiduciary. To provide our service, we securely share minimal necessary data with trusted sub-processors:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Secure Cloud Hosting Providers (for encrypted data hosting and server processing)
• Payment Processing: Dodo Payments (we do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers)
• AI Processing: Trusted Enterprise AI Partners (via strict API privacy agreements that prevent model training)
• Analytics: Website Analytics (anonymized usage data)

3. Data Retention

• User Accounts: We keep your generated reports saved in your dashboard until you delete them or close your account.
• Uploaded Documents: Deleted immediately after processing.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & DPDP Act)

You have the right to access, modify, or permanently delete your personal data. You can exercise the "Right to be Forgotten" by deleting your account from the dashboard settings.
