2. AI-Generated Content & Ownership

• Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership to the final reports generated using your inputs.
• Verification Required: The reports are generated by Artificial Intelligence. AI can occasionally hallucinate or provide inaccurate information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing the content before using it for official, academic, or professional purposes.

3. Prohibited Use (No Medical Advice)

You agree NOT to use ReportMaker.ai to:

• Generate actionable medical diagnosis, treatment plans, or health advice. (Any health-related templates are strictly for educational or formatting purposes).
• Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or explicit content.
• Commit academic fraud or deceive third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReportMaker.ai and its creators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated reports. You use the output at your own risk.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
