Refund & Billing Policy – ReportMaker.ai

This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased on https://app.reportmaker.ai/pricing. Marketing pages on https://reportmaker.ai describe our tools; billing happens on the app.


1. Payment provider

Subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments. If we enable additional processors (e.g. Razorpay), the provider shown at checkout governs that transaction. Their terms and privacy policies apply to payment data they collect.


2. Plans & billing cycle

  • Free: limited credits; no recurring charge.
  • Pro / Business: monthly subscription (display price e.g. .99 / .99 at time of purchase — see live Pricing page).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until cancelled.
  • Monthly credits are allocated per your active plan; unused credits may not roll over unless we state otherwise.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription from your account Settings on the app (when Dodo billing is enabled) or by contacting [email protected].

  • Cancellation stops future renewals; you typically retain access until the end of the current paid period.
  • After the period ends, your account may revert to Free or limited access.
  • Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel billing first.

4. Refunds

Unless required by applicable law:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
  • If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan), contact us within 7 days with your account email and payment reference.
  • Refund eligibility for partial months is at our discretion and subject to Dodo Payments / bank rules.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible; timing depends on your bank or card issuer (often 5–10 business days).

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry per the payment provider’s rules, notify you by email, and temporarily limit paid features until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.


6. Chargebacks & disputes

Contact [email protected] before filing a chargeback so we can help. Misuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension.


7. Price changes

We may change subscription prices or credit allowances. We will provide notice where required; continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance for the next renewal.
